Our Friends and Important Links
- Sustainable Energy Outreach Network: This is a group of Brattleboro area builders, architects, vendors, and affiliates committed to the advancement of green building technologies, training, and practices.
- BNI Powerhouse: BNI Powerhouse is the center of our owner's Western Massachusetts business network. He was a member of this group for almost four years, and it was a great experience. The group meets every Wednesday morning at 7 AM, currently on Zoom, to teach one another how to pass qualified referrals because we all want to grow our businesses. They are a fabulous group of people. Check out the BNI website and search for BNI Powerhouse for a contact person to register to visit the Zoom meeting.
- HBRAWM and
NHBBA: These are the two builder's associations that put on the home shows we attend in Springfield, MA, Manchester, NH, and Keene, NH. Check out their members.
- Mary Cay Brass and River Singers: This is one of the three singing groups our owner participated regularly. Lots of fun! International Folk: South African, Gospel, Shape Note, Balkan, West Gallery, Arabic, and more! There are concerts in December and mid-Spring each year. Rehearsals are on Monday evenings and at Westminster West on Tuesday evenings.
- Rock Voices: Led by Tony Lechner, an amazing arranger, director, and musician, Rock Voices offers lots of fun singing rock n roll from the 60s to the present. He throws in close relatives as well, such as reggae, pop, and the occasional cross-over TV theme song! There are sessions in the fall, spring, and summer with multiple concerts.
- Hallowell Singers: This is the third singing group our owner has performed in. This group offers bedside songs for those in hospice care, as well as events and memorials. It's a project of Brattleboro Area Hospice, which also hosts the owner's wife's former program, Taking Steps Brattleboro, a program for promoting and supporting advanced care planning.
